TNT Economy and Express

In March 2013 we have introduced new carrier into our fleet of shipping services. Ladies and Gentleman, let me introduce TNT Express and TNT Economy. These two services are fulfilling the need for affordable shipping carrier to South America, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand and also creating alternative for countries within European Union.

TNT Express can be used as alternative to DHL Express where it is cheaper or you live in places listed as Remote Service Area and being punished by RAS surcharges, TNT has larger operational radius. Use form below, to check if you are lucky to be within the circle without Remote Service surcharges by selecting name of your country and entering your ZIP code (Postal Code).

TNT Economy is an excellent alternative to USPS Priority Mail International into destinations mentioned above but not only there. We have great rates for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, India, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Korea, New Zealand, Russia, UAE, Ukraine, just to name a few. It can be used even for larger shipments, prices are very friendly.

TNT Express and Economy allow to transport any kind of shipments fast and safe for prices lower than regular USPS Priority Mail service with uncomparable comfort. Economy service now covers countries that were too expensive with Express services before. TNT Customs are fast and flawless, they will take care of everything you need.

All shipments can be tracked via online tracking with estimated delivery date.

Standard delivery times:
- TNT Express: 4-6 days
- TNT Economy: 8-12 days

All shipments under both services can be insured for upto 100 USD value free of charge. Higher value insurance is charged 1% of declared value, minimum 2.50 USD.

Dimensions are not strict, there are almost no limits except your package must fit into the airplane but you must count on oversize surcharges if your shipment is too large.

All shipments are subject to volumetric weight, the formula is length x width x height (in inches) / 139. If the resulting value is higher than physical weight of your shipment, it will be used as a base weight for your shipping charges. fuel surcharge
Actual fuel surcharge is 20.00% and it is already included in quote estimate.
enhanced security surcharge
All shipments must go through extended screening to avoid any explosives or dangerous substances on board of the plane. ESS surcharge is 0.04 USD/lb, maximum 14.00 USD per shipment. Also this surcharge is already included in quote estimate
non-conveyable shipments
Shipments with weight less than 30 kg (67 lbs) where one or more dimensions exceeds 47 x 27 x 23 inch (120 x 70 x 60 cm), you will be charged fee of 10 USD.
non-stackable shipments
Applies to unstackable items which do not allow other items to be placed on top. Surcharge is 50 USD.
exceeding dimensions
Applies to packages that exceed one or more of following dimensions: 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.5m (47.28" X 47.28" X 59.04"). Oversize surcharge is 50 USD.
non-document High Value shipment (applies on Russian Federation, Turkey, Kuwait and Japan only)
If declared shipment value is higher than 75 USD, you will be charged High Value Goods Fee of 50 USD.
Out of Area Service
Applies to International shipments to/from remote locations, OOA surcharge is 0.15 USD/lb. minimum charge 15 USD for delivery. You can avoid this surcharge bz shipping to your relatives or friends.

Handling of TNT shipments in Forwardo

When you close your new outbound shipment you will be offered shipping price based on acutal weight of the shipment. If consolidated shipment has higher volumetric weight you will be informed prior to dispatch about the new shipment price and also offered alternatives and prices to ship out your shipment. After you confirm changes your shipment will be dispatched.
