When do you add new shipments into Mailboxes?
We are adding new shipments into system continualy all work hours, carriers are coming in between 10am and 5pm (GMT -8) and we do our best to record all the shipments into our system the same day as they arrive.
You should recieve information about each received shipment to your email immediately after it's recorded by our system. | How to cancel the Mailbox?
Mailbox is integral part of each account, you must close whole account. If you don't like paying monthly payments for Premium account, you can switch back to Standard account. There is only one condition, Mailbox must be empty during the switch - you have to ship out its content before you can proceed with the switch. | Can I share my Mailbox with more people?
Yes, you can but packages must be addessed to name of the owner of account or you can assign additional two names to your mailbox as co-owners. | Information on merchants website states 'no shipping to PO Box' or 'no shipping to APO/FPO boxes'. Is it something I should be aware of?
Nope, you can ignore these messages. They assume Mailbox as metalic box in the Post Office where is nobody available to actually receive the shipment and sign for it.
Forwardo provides much more, there are always live agents accepting your shipments and signing upon delivery. We are also visually checking each package upon delivery for damages in transport and if something like that happens, damage is reported to the carrier and recipient. | Saturday delivery not accepted, I have received email from merchant that my shipment was denied.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all shipping carriers know about it, your package wasn't even on delivery truck that day and will be delivered the first work day after weekend. The email you have received is just a notice sent by shipping robot that won't recognize business address from household. | Merchant requires signature upon delivery, do you provide it?
Yes, we do. Each package delivered into our warehouse is confirmed by signature if required by delivering agent. | Why I haven't received yet shipment being delivered by Fedex on Saturday?
Consignments sent to our address through FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, these two services are different in that the Ground is designed to be sent to commercial addresses, while Home Delivery is intended to be sent to the household address.
For FedEx Ground shipments to assume that companies are closed in the evening or at weekends, so mail is not delivered, while conversely Home Delivery delivers on Saturdays (see exception in tracking). In addition, drivers, because delivered by Home Delivery on Saturday, have Monday off to them under the Act replaced the weekend work, so Home Delivery delivers up on Tuesday - have shifted the weekend to Sunday / Monday.
Conclusion has two outcomes, then again, if you select FedEx Ground shipment, the shipment is delivered in traditional times, but the carriage is about 10% more expensive, or self-schedule mode of transportation shipper such as FedEx Home Delivery and delivery falls on a Saturday, Shipments in the tracking, as the "exception" and is delivered instead of Saturday on Tuesday, the first working day of the week for Home Delivery. |
